The compact Alfa Laval DuroShell plate-and-shell warmth exchanger presents distinctive thermal efficiency and fatigue resistance. Designed to be used with liquids, gases and two-part mixtures at pressures up to one hundred bar , in both PED and ASME, and at temperatures as much as 450°C (842°F), DuroShell is appropriate for a wide range of aggressive media. XPT – Thermoplate heat exchangers can deal with dirty media and present low strain drop even with excessive quantity flows.
The all welded plate-pairs are used from vacuum to 60 bar and from -200 to 800 °C. GESMEX provides Plate & Shell heat exchangers in five sizes, with material thicknesses of the heat exchanger plates from zero.6 to 2.5 mm and with completely different corrugation patterns.
The totally welded design permits for prime working strain and optimizes resistance to fatigue. Distribution pipes run by way of the plate pack, relieving stress on the pack itself.
