Plate evaporator

The evaporator is divided into two types: the traditional tube evaporator and the new type of plate evaporator. In particular, the plate evaporator is a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving evaporation equipment developed in recent years, which is widely used in metallurgy (reboiler, reboiler, Waste heat recovery, etc.), food (evaporation, concentration section), papermaking (paper black liquor recovery), air conditioning (refrigerant evaporation), chemical (evaporator, reboiler, reboiler), seawater desalination and other projects.

The evaporator has the following characteristics

(1) High heat transfer efficiency, K value is generally 3500 ~ 5800kW / (m2 · K), 2 to 4 times higher than shell and tube evaporator;

(2) Compact structure and small size;

(3) light weight, thin heat transfer plate, small metal consumption, about 10kg of metal per square meter of heating area, only 1/3 to 1/4 of the tube heater;

(4) The material has a short residence time in the heater, less internal dead angle, good sanitary conditions, and is suitable for evaporation of heat sensitive materials;

(5) Flexible operation, large amount of wealth, can increase or decrease the number of plates according to needs, the heat exchange area of each unit can be between 1 and 1600 m2;

(6) The low-temperature heat source can be used and recovered, and the heat transfer temperature difference between the hot and cold materials can be reduced to 4 to 5 °C.
